THE VISION
The Royale Refinement Intensive is an elite, curated training experience where classical tradition is honored and modern performance is redefined, shaping dancers for today’s stage and tomorrow’s standards.
Blending classical rigor with contemporary ballet, contemporary, and theatrical expression, this immersive program elevates both technical execution and artistic identity. Through focused training, individualized feedback, and artistic exploration, dancers develop strength, clarity, versatility, and professional discipline in every detail.

Every Friday features a structured in-house performance designed to sharpen presentation skills, artistry, and professional discipline in a supportive, performance-focused setting.
Two dancers will be selected to receive a full one-week intensive experience based on technical strength, dedication, and artistic potential.

We are honored to welcome Alyssa Taylor (Harrington) as our Special Guest for the Summer Intensive. Alyssa trained at PMDI, Kansas City Ballet, and The Ailey School on scholarship before joining Dallas Black Dance Theatre, where she rose to the rank of Soloist.
Throughout her career, she has performed more than 6,000 times worldwide in works by legendary choreographers including Alvin Ailey, Donald McKayle, Ulysses Dove, and Rennie Harris. Her performance credits include appearances alongside Billie Eilish, John Mayer, and Rihanna, as well as major events and productions for Netflix, Disney, the NBA, and the NFL.
As a choreographer, Alyssa’s work has been featured at YAGP, Radix, and Intrigue. Her students have gone on to train at prestigious institutions such as SAB, ABT, Paris Opera Ballet, The Royal Ballet, and Princess Grace Academy.

Robyn Segal Shiffrin
Sidney Sullivan is a professional dancer and performer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for movement across styles. Her professional experience includes performing at events such as the Industry Dance Awards and appearing in multiple JoJo Siwa music videos, working under JoJo Siwa’s direction and choreography. She has also danced at Velocity MVA with choreographers Whitney Bezzant and Brian Nicholson, directed by recording artist Nicky Youre.
Sidney has danced professionally and trained extensively in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop, studying under renowned choreographers including Shannon Mather, Blake McGrath, and Brittany Boole. Known for her precision, versatility, and positive energy in the studio, she brings both professionalism and encouragement to every space she enters. Sidney is represented by Go 2 Talent Agency and is passionate about inspiring dancers to grow in confidence, technique, and artistry.
